Originally developed by PrintFactory for SAi and Dip-Tech, PixelBlaster has long been a trusted name in print production software, setting the standard for wide-format and digital glass printing. Today, PrintFactory is proud to announce its latest partnership with leading Spanish OEM KERAjet to introduce the most advanced version of PixelBlaster yet KeraJet Glass Connect—tailored specifically for 2025 and beyond.
This reimagined software maintains the legacy of PixelBlaster’s award-winning capabilities while integrating cutting-edge innovations to meet the evolving demands of the glass printing industry.
A Proven History: PixelBlaster’s Origins
PixelBlaster was first unveiled at Fespa Digital 2012, designed as an all-in-one “print-to-finish” software solution by SAi, developed by the team at PrintFactory. Built with a singular mission—to streamline workflows and deliver consistent quality across multiple devices and substrates.
In partnership with Dip-Tech, the PixelBlaster Dip-Tech Edition (DXP XL) was developed to power Dip-Tech AR in-glass printers, introducing specialized features such as advanced RIP capabilities, enhanced color management, and workflow support. This collaboration addressed the unique challenges of in-glass printing, such as the use of opaque ceramic inks, non-standard CMYK color sets, and the precision control required for printing on transparent glass.
A New Chapter: PrintFactory Partners with KERAjet
Building on this strong foundation, PrintFactory has now joined forces with KERAjet, a Spanish leader in industrial digital decoration, to push PixelBlaster into its next phase of innovation.
KERAjet, a trailblazer in digital ceramic decoration with over 4,000 machines in 44 countries, brings unmatched expertise to this collaboration. With a reputation for designing and manufacturing 100% Spanish high-tech products, KERAjet ensures that the new PixelBlaster iteration, KeraJet Glass Connect, is perfectly equipped to handle the demands of glass printing, offering precision, efficiency, and scalability like never before.
KeraJet Glass Connect (PixelBlaster for Glass Printing): Ready for 2025
The new KeraJet Glass Connect builds upon its PixelBlaster heritage while introducing state-of-the-art features for modern printing:

PixelBlaster Dip-Tech was originally developed to create design tools that make advanced glass techniques accessible for digital printing. It offers direct channel control and glass-specific effects, enabling designers and manufacturers to achieve stunning, high-quality results. PrintFactory CEO Erik Strik added: ‘PixelBlaster was initially designed to simplify complex workflows and ensure reliability under tight deadlines. Partnering with KERAjet to develop KeraJet Glass Connect allows us to extend this vision further, introducing even more innovative and specialized solutions to the glass printing sector.'”
